Kitchen Porter - Zero Hours

As a Kitchen Porter, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen. You'll support the chefs and front-of-house team by maintaining cleanliness, managing waste, and ensuring all kitchen areas meet high hygiene standards.

• Maintain the cleanliness of all kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces

• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen items using commercial dishwashing equipment

• Dispose of waste appropriately and ensure rubbish areas are kept clean

• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries correctly

• Ensure floors are kept clean and free from hazards at all times

• Support chefs with basic food preparation tasks when required

• Follow all health and safety and food hygiene regulations

• A team player with a strong work ethic

• Good communication skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Willingness to learn and take on a variety of tasks

• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential

• A flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends
