As a Project Coordinator (m/f/d), you will assist the Head of Department in overseeing construction and project-related activities across the team - for our subsidiary Power Minerals Limited.
In this key role, you will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, contribute to capital expenditure (CAPEX) processes, and assist in driving the project development pipeline at multiple sites. You will also be responsible for tracking outstanding documentation and maintaining accurate records for internal communication and reporting. Your key responsibilities will include:
Project & Administrative support
- Provide comprehensive administrative support across project execution, capital expenditure (CAPEX) processes, and the ongoing development pipeline.
- Track project progress to ensure alignment with defined objectives, timelines, and budget parameters.
- Coordinate multiple work streams and foster collaboration across internal teams.
- Proactively identify and resolve incomplete or missing documentation, ensuring records are accurate, up-to-date and audit ready.
- Prepare project updates, presentations, and documentation for senior management with clarity and precision.
Meeting Management & Communication
- Accurately capture and distribute clear and concise minutes from both regular and ad-hoc meetings.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, managing correspondence with professionalism and attention to tone and detail.
- Escalate outstanding matters to the Senior Construction Manager or Head of Department as appropriate.
Financial & Data Management
- Utilise Microsoft Excel, Word, Project and other management systems to organise data, track budgets, and produce financial reports.
- Support financial oversight related to CAPEX and project development, including budget tracking and reporting.
- Ensure adherence to financial procedures and maintain meticulous records in compliance with audit standards.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Proven experience in administrative or coordination roles, ideally in project-oriented environments.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
- Solid numeracy and experience in budgeting or financial reporting.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project) and familiarity with management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including minute-taking
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a structured working style
Ideally, you will also have
- Familiarity with construction industry (training will be provided).
- Exposure to the construction industry or project management environments.
- Knowledge of CAPEX processes or project.
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and complex workstreams.

This is a full-time, office-based position located at the Drax site, with occasional travel to other project locations as required. You will work in a collaborative and energetic environment under the direct supervision of the Head of Department.
Contract Details
This is a permanent role, subject to performance and business needs. We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
