Role: Enterprise Sales Specialist - Public Sector
Location: Any SCC Office Base Location - Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Bracknell, London (SCC operate hybrid working, which comprises of a mix of office and home working)
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary Package: £60,000 plus large company benefits, company car, competitive OTC, a broad flexible benefits scheme, and 2 paid-for volunteering days a year

We are looking to increase our footprint in Enterprise Infrastructure within our existing customers and new customers within the business. The role will provide a specialist sales function to the account management teams and specifically drive business in Storage, Compute and converged infrastructure technologies across key vendors including Dell, HPE, IBM, Cisco, Lenovo, Netapp, Pure and Nvidia Security Clearance or the willingness to apply will be required for this role. Key responsibilities:
- Provide specialist resource to the business in the provision of solutions to customers based on Enterprise Infrastructure Technologies.
- Work with colleagues and customers to drive the overall number.
- Provide support for on-site customer meetings.
- Provide pricing and proposals to customers against their specific requirements.
- Take a proactive role in driving, developing and delivering your business.
- New Business and Existing Accounts.
- Bring the customer context (i.e. budget, operational factors, business requirements) to the business allowing us to take the right decision on how to bid and provide the right solution.
- Drive product, professional service and annuity-based sales.
- Carry out training and accreditations for the vendors that reside within the BU.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not essential.
- Master's degree preferred, but not essential.
- Professional certification in applicable technologies (i.e. Dell, IBM, HPE, Cisco etc).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Enterprise Infrastructure Sales Specialist.
- Experience with vendor tooling.
- Demonstrated ability to manage sales pipeline using SCC CRM.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Advanced knowledge of Enterprise vendors.
- Competency in data analysis and interpretation.
- Strong attention to detail.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
