What you’ll be doing as our Maintenance Technician:
Shifts: Continental working 12 hour shifts:
4 days on, 4 off, 4 days on, 4 off (6am-6pm)
4 nights on, 4 off, 4 nights on, 4 off (6pm-6am)

What you’ll be doing as our Maintenance Technician:
- Perform planned maintenance tasks on equipment, machinery & facilities in accordance to our maintenance schedules.
- Be the 1st responder to equipment & machinery breakdowns forming a crucial part of the escalation policy
- Carry out repair, replacement & refurbishment of various parts, components & systems
- Support the installation, relocation & modification of equipment & machinery as required
- Awareness of continuous improvement oppurtunities through maintenance activity & communicate potential improvements
- Ensure accurate records of maintenance activity including DT Reports, Work Orders & Stores Inventory
- Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with relevant safety and regulatory standards.
- Uphold 5s standards through all maintenance work areas
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize operational disruption
- A clear working knowledge of differing equipment, machinery & systems including Mechanical, Electrical, Pneumatic & Hydraulic
- The ability to identify & resolve maintenance issues
- An understanding of safety regulations and ability to perform Dynamic RA
- Be able to communicate clear & effectively with various team members
- Effective time management
- A relevant vocational qualification NVQ, ONC, C&G with an appropriate apprenticeship.
- Minimum 1 years’ experience post apprenticeship within a Maintenance environment
- Candidates without qualifications but who can demonstrate relevant industrial knowledge and experience will be considered.
- 3+ Years post apprenticeship Maintenance Experience
- Forklift Truck License
- IPAF License
- An ability to work well under pressure
- Good verbal and written communication skills
