We’re looking for a proactive, creative, and hands-on Digital Marketing
Executive to support the execution of our digital campaigns and help grow
Lucy & Yak’s online presence.
Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, as well as the
Ecommerce, CRM, CRO, and Brand teams, you’ll play a key role in driving
high-quality traffic, supporting campaign delivery, and maintaining our
brand voice across all digital channels.

customer-focused, understanding how digital marketing connects with
both brand storytelling and commercial success.

Responsibilities —
- Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns
- Assist in the day-to-day running of campaigns, ensuring activity is
- Collaborate with the Ecommerce team to ensure traffic is directed to
- Work with the CRM team to align acquisition campaigns with
- Coordinate with the CRO team to optimise landing pages and
- Support the implementation of SEO best practices across web and
- Maintain your section of the marketing calendar, ensuring visibility,
- Track and monitor campaign performance metrics including traffic,
team.
- Ensure all campaign content, copy and assets are fully aligned with
- Stay ahead of digital trends, platform updates, and best practices,
- KPIs will include Traffic, Conversion Rate, Cost Per Acquisition &
What You’ll Bring —
- 1–2 years’ experience in a digital marketing or similar role, ideally
- A good understanding of key digital marketing channels, from paid
- A data-driven mindset with a keen eye for detail and a love of
- A collaborative approach with excellent communication and project
- An interest in sustainable fashion, community, and creativity.
- Hands-on experience in a high performing Ecommerce team
