We are seeking a People Partner to join our dedicated team supporting a portfolio of schools and children’s homes across the Midlands and Essex. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping the employee experience and driving positive outcomes in education and children’s social care settings.

About the Role:

As People Partner, you will:

  • Provide HR support and guidance to leaders and managers across your portfolio.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships to influence and support people strategies.
  • Lead on employee relations, workforce planning, and organisational development initiatives.
  • Champion a culture of inclusion, wellbeing, and continuous improvement.
  • Travel to sites as needed, with the flexibility to work from home the rest of the time.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a HR/People Partner role, ideally within education, social care, or a similar regulated environment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A proactive, solution-focused approach with the ability to work independently.
  • Based in or near Birmingham, and willing to travel regularly across the Midlands and Essex.

These include autistic spectrum condition (ASC), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and social emotional and mental health needs (SEMH).
