The Venue
OVO Arena Wembley is one of the UK’s most legendary concert and events venues. With a rich history that goes back to its days as the Empire Pool and Sports Arena, the building has played host to numerous events including the 1948 and 2012 Olympics and for over 60 years, the 12,500 capacity Arena has seen some of the biggest names in music walk through its doors from ABBA to Queen and The Beatles to David Bowie. Still an iconic venue and a milestone gig on the UK arena circuit, Wembley hosts a large number of first-time headliners with a wide range of music and other event types.
About The Role
As our Hospitality Manager, you will manage the smooth running of in-house lounges and premium seating areas with a focus on customer service and experience, combined with responsibility for driving sales of all premium products for the wide variety of events the venue hosts.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the staffing process for any hospitality and premium areas, working closely with the Operations team and with a focus on excellence in all areas. This includes managing the process for appointing contractors for these areas, as directed by the Sales & Marketing Director.
- In conjunction with the Sales & Marketing Director, maximise lounge and premium seating sales and income using all available techniques
- Working with the C&E team, maximise usage and event contribution from non-event day use of lounges.
- With the venue merchandise team, utilise creative solutions to maximise sales from all lounges and premium seats.
- Monitor premium activity at other comparable venues and also pursue contra partner deals if possible.
- Work to agreed targets on Venue Insights/Qualtrics dashboard for relevant experiences that impact on venue Net Promoter Score
- Proven experience of working in a similar role within retail/hospitality or events at a management level - Essential
- Innate interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong professional relationships - Essential
