What you’ll do

Being a R&D Manager is about so much more than bringing our coffee to the world. It’s your chance to stir up real success - which means you’ll be:

• Supporting the development of new coffee products for global retail and FMCG channels
• Enhancing and optimising our existing coffee range to stay ahead of the curve
• Collaborating with suppliers and partners to ensure quality and innovation

This role is a hybrid role (3 days a week in Basildon).
