We produce lightweight foams for various markets including sports and leisure, aviation, automotive and healthcare. Zotefoams also owns and licenses patented technology and sells advanced insulation systems

About the Role~
The Sales Manager will oversee sales activities across EMEA territories, leading the charge on strategic partnerships, customer growth and revenue delivery. This high-impact role is suited to someone with a strong commercial background and leadership potential.

About the Role~

Role Responsibilities~
- Deliver sales revenue targets across the EMEA region
- Represent Zotefoams at industry events and trade exhibitions
- Collaborate with marketing to tailor go-to-market strategies
- Analyse market trends and adjust strategy accordingly
- Support development of customer-specific solutions
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing
- Degree level education, ideally technical or commercial
- B2B sales experience with exposure to channel strategies
- Commercial acumen with an eye for growth opportunities
- Flexibility to travel frequently
- Natural leader and strategic thinker
- Comfortable operating at pace and in matrix structures
- Collaborative and team-oriented
- Strong communicator, able to influence at all levels
