City: London, England
Contract type: Contractor
Your mission

As a Commercial & Contracts Manager, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence across the commercial lifecycle. This includes owning contract negotiation, leading bid and RFP response processes, managing our sales repository, and ensuring compliance with internal approval frameworks. You will act as a key interface between Sales, Legal, Delivery, and Leadership to accelerate deal velocity, mitigate risk, and uphold commercial integrity.

You will also become a member of the pricing committee to help structure and manage commercial terms, pricing models, and customer-facing documentation. Your remit will extend beyond pre-sales — ensuring robust governance of our customer contract portfolio, from initiation through to close-down.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead the negotiation and management of commercial contracts, including non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), master service agreements (MSAs), statements of work (SOWs), bug bounty program terms, and partner or researcher agreements.
  • Define, review, and manage commercial and service delivery terms, including SLAs, pricing structures, payment terms, renewal clauses, and scope of services.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance, Revenue Operations, Customer Success and Product to structure deals that balance customer requirements with commercial soundness and risk mitigation.
  • Own the end-to-end bid management process, including coordination and submission of RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, ensuring all inputs meet internal quality and compliance standards.
  • Maintain and manage the centralized sales content and bid repository, enabling fast, accurate, and consistent responses across global opportunities.
  • Govern the contract repository and audit controls, ensuring traceability of approvals, document compliance, and contract performance tracking.
  • Manage the contract lifecycle from initiation through renewal or close-down — including oversight of changes, amendments, extensions, and expiry processes.
  • Ensure all deals comply with internal approval matrix policies, risk thresholds, and legal/commercial review protocols.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvements to commercial process efficiency, documentation accuracy, and overall risk posture.
  • Work closely with Revenue Operations to ensure contracts are recorded in the CRM consistently and efficiently

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong experience in contract negotiation and commercial operations, ideally within SaaS, cybersecurity, or technology services.
  • Proven experience handling commercial and service delivery terms, pricing models, and client-facing service agreements.
  • Demonstrated success managing RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and coordinating cross-functional bid responses.
  • Experience with contract audit and governance, including document lifecycle management and compliance tracking.
  • Ability to manage complex deal structuring, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive commercially viable outcomes.
  • Familiarity with internal approval processes, legal escalation frameworks, and enterprise risk management.
  • Exceptional communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Self-starter attitude with a continuous improvement mindset and ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
