Executive Assistant | High Wycombe | £40,000 - £55,000 DOE + Benefits

Executive Assistant Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO's complex and ever-changing calendar, including coordinating meetings, appointments, external engagements, and customer visits across multiple time zones.
  • Make travel arrangements for the CEO, including European and international travel, hotel bookings, transfers, and detailed itineraries.
  • Exercise discretion when managing the CEO's time, proactively evaluating needs for calendar management and travel arrangements.
  • Keep the CEO updated on time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up.
  • Prepare, reconcile, and submit expense reports.
  • Provide active support for company events.
  • Collaborate with Internal Communications to provide project management support.
  • Email management and dealing with confidential information.
  • Creating and preparing reports and presentations.
  • Take on additional duties as assigned, including supporting other departments as needed.

Executive Assistant Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an EA role supporting senior management.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Strong time-management abilities with the capacity to organise and manage multiple concurrent projects. Experience with project management is beneficial.
  • Expertise in managing corporate travel arrangements.
  • Ability to work effectively with senior leaders, maintaining a customer-focused approach while safeguarding the CEO's time.
  • Resilience and the ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines with meticulous attention to detail.
  • A team player with a flexible attitude and willingness to adapt to changing demands.
  • A proactive problem-solver who embraces challenges.
  • Flexibility in working hours to support the dynamic needs of the CEO.
  • Experience overseeing budgets and expenses.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.
