We are looking for a Team Leader who enjoys supporting and motivating the team to create a fantastic experience for our guests at Scarlet Tap. You’ll help guide and coach the team, making sure everyone works together to deliver the best service possible.

We tailor to our diverse range of guests, and our teams create the perfect place to socialise with friends, whether that be for Bottomless Brunch, sport or to join us for a great night out. Each venue is different and has its own unique identity, and this is something we celebrate in our teams too. We need our team to engage confidently with our guests, have a passion for great beer, cocktails, and sport. If its live it’s on, and we are the place to watch it. Our guests can enjoy a wide range of food and drink with us, including craft ale, quality wines, and real ales. We show all the live sport and screen as many live events as we can, making our crafty bar the ultimate fan zone for all sports!
