We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our Legal team based in either our Lichfield or Birmingham office on a fixed-term basis for up to 6 months, with a minimum commitment of 3 months.

What Are We Looking For.

We are looking for a dynamic and driven admin professional that has the experience and ability to carry out all aspects of administrative duties to a high standard. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves tackling a variety of tasks, then we want you!

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintenance of our contract database (in EXCEL spreadsheet form) including extrapolating statistical data
  • Production of documents, reports and presentations in various formats
  • Administration of our Sharepoint document management system
  • PA / diary management for the team
  • Production of agenda / minutes of meetings
  • Arranging hotel / train bookings
  • Ensure that general administration duties are fulfilled on a daily basis

Your areas of knowledge and expertise:

Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate:

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • To be computer literate and fully proficient in all Microsoft packages
  • Ability to work under pressure, use own initiative and manage competing demands and deadlines
  • Flexible and professional approach to work
  • Good grammatical comprehension – written and verbal
  • Ability to work as part of a team and well as on your own.
  • Positive can-do attitude.
