Highborn Global is seeking a warm, experienced Rota Nanny for a professional football family in Birmingham with three young children. The role requires someone confident in early years development, able to establish structure and routines, and provide extra support for the eldest child, who is undergoing assessment for autism and has had hearing issues.
Schedule: One week on, One week off
Salary: £60,000 to £75,000 per annum
Accommodation: Private bedroom with en-suite while on duty
About the Family
Join a vibrant and active professional football family who have recently relocated from Holland to Birmingham! They are seeking a dedicated Rota Nanny to support their three wonderful children, aged 5, 3, and 8 months. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is nurturing, energetic, and experienced in early childhood development.
Your Role
As the Rota Nanny, you will play a pivotal role in creating a loving and structured environment for the children. Your expertise will help set boundaries and implement effective systems to support their growth, particularly for the oldest child who is currently being assessed for possible autism and has had some hearing issues.
Key Responsibilities
Childcare: Provide attentive care for the children, engaging them in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
Boundary Setting: Establish and maintain clear boundaries and routines to help the children feel secure and supported.
Collaboration: Work closely with Mum and Dad, providing insights and support tailored to the children’s unique needs.
Nurturing Environment: Create a calm, collective, and engaging atmosphere that fosters positive interactions and emotional well-being.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: Previous nannying experience, especially with young children. Experience with special needs is a significant advantage, particularly in relation to autism and hearing challenges.
Energy and Enthusiasm: A high-energy individual who can keep up with active children and engage them in fun and educational activities.
Nurturing Nature: A caring and nurturing personality that can provide emotional support and guidance.
