About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Operations support Assistant to join the Education team. This pivotal role will provide essential administrative, reporting, and communication support across our education provision. This role is central to ensuring the smooth running of the Head of Education’s daily operations, providing high-level administrative and coordination support within a fast-paced educational environment. Working closely with the Head of Education, the ideal candidate will be confident working with data, supporting internal and external communications, and maintaining operational efficiency across Central YMCA’s Education provision.
Safeguarding responsibilities: This role will involve daily contact with learners, and you will be engaging in regulated activity relevant to children. All staff have a responsibility for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children and young people, and/or vulnerable adults for whom you are responsible and with whom you come into contact. The Charity’s Safeguarding Policy is available from Central YMCA website.
