Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Growth & Partner Engagement: Proactively identify and engage potential MSP partners through targeted outreach. Drive onboarding efforts to integrate new partners into our partner ecosystem.
  • Partner Relationship Building & Maintenance: Establish and nurture trust-based relationships with MSP partners, effectively aligning with their goals and the company’s strategic priorities.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement detailed go-to-market strategies that expand the MSP partner ecosystem and accelerate solution adoption across diverse markets.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities to grow revenue streams by promoting MSP-focused solutions and leveraging emerging market trends.
  • Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to ensure cohesive and impactful joint initiatives.
  • Industry Insight: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify strategic opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse partner performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous enhancement.
  • Training and Enablement: Deliver comprehensive training programs and resources, ensuring MSP partners are equipped with the knowledge and tools to maximise success.
  • Problem-Solving: Act as the primary point of contact for MSP partner concerns, facilitating effective resolutions and fostering high levels of satisfaction.
  • Marketplace Adoption: Drive the adoption of commercial marketplace platforms among MSP partners by offering tailored support and resources.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience: 2-5 years of successful sales experience in partner development, business development, or channel management within technology-driven industries.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of Microsoft solutions, MSP vendor offerings, cloud services, cybersecurity, and managed IT services.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively engage and influence partners and stakeholders.
  • Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to design and execute innovative strategies that drive growth and align with organisational goals.
