U12'S Academy Coach (Casual)

We are looking for a U12s Casual Academy Coach to join our progressive and inclusive Academy team. This role is crucial to creating a high-quality, supportive, and enjoyable learning environment for young players in our Talent Pathway.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging football sessions aligned with our club philosophy and player development programme.
- Lead or support the team during match days.
- Foster a learning culture where players are encouraged to ask questions, understand the 'why' behind training, and take ownership of their development.
- Implement and monitor Individual Development Plans (IDPs), ensuring formal feedback is given to each player at least three times per season.
- Collaborate with fellow coaches, medical staff, and the multidisciplinary team to support the holistic development and wellbeing of each player.
- Work closely with the Safeguarding Manager to ensure welfare standards are upheld at all times.
- Ensure all training sessions and matchdays reflect our developmental values and provide meaningful experiences for players and their families.
What are we looking for from you?
- UEFA C Licence
- FA Level 1 Introduction to First Aid in Football
- FA Safeguarding Children Certificate
- Enhanced DBS (can be processed through the club)
- Ability to connect with and inspire young players
- Strong communication and organisational skills
Desirable Qualifications
- UEFA B Licence
- Teaching qualification or relevant teaching/coaching experience in other sports
- Full UK driving licence
