As a Project Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our dynamic and forward-thinking EV team. From overseeing grid applications to coordinating key meetings, you'll be the backbone of strategic initiatives that drive progress. Your organisational skills and attention to detail will be essential in ensuring smooth execution and collaboration across departments.
What You'll Do:
- Coordinate and manage the grid application processes alongside the Grid Connections and Customer Manager
- Schedule meetings, facilitate discussions, and ensure all stakeholders are aligned
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes, following up on action items as required
- Maintain documentation and streamline communication across teams
- Lead platform integration for the EV team, helping to introduce new software
- Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Attend DNO webinars and notify the wider team with all relevant information
- Must have relevant project coordination experience
- Proven experience managing large volume and technical workstreams
- Experience working within an CPO preferable but not essential.
- Strong organisational & communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel & MS packages
- Ability to build strong working relationships
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Excellent attention to detail with a "can do" attitude
