Kite Packaging have a brilliant opportunity for a Graduate Buyer to join their South Coast team. Kite Packaging was founded in 2001 with a unique vision and a philosophy of employee-ownership. We were a true greenfield start up and have grown quickly to be the 2nd largest packaging distributor in the UK. The Role Of Graduate Buyer
The role will specifically cover the following areas:
- Managing stock levels in conjunction with Internal Account Managers
- Placing orders, and day to day dealing with suppliers
- Processing enquires to exacting customer requirements in conjunction with account managers
- Supporting the internal team with effective account management
The successful candidate will have the following key skills:
- A recent graduate with a 2:1 minimum degree within a numeric based degree ie; Maths, Economics, Business, Finance, Accountancy or equivalent
- Be highly motivated and proactive
- Have excellent communication skills
- Have a likeability, with the ability to easily create a rapport with others
- Work within 30 minutes commute for our Waterlooville site
