What is the job about?
In addition to general support tasks, you will be expected to deliver a wide range of bespoke services; including but not limited to maintaining records, issuing documentation, maintaining a high standard of data/process checks and managing workload to ensure deadlines are met.

What is the job about?
In addition to general support tasks, you will be expected to deliver a wide range of bespoke services; including but not limited to maintaining records, issuing documentation, maintaining a high standard of data/process checks and managing workload to ensure deadlines are met.
What exactly will you do?
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels in the stock management system.
- Process stock receipts, transfers, and adjustments in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in full physical inventory audits.
- Ensure stock records are kept up-to-date and support reporting for finance and operations teams.
- Prepare inventory reports, including stock movement, shortages, and reorder alerts.
- Assist with returns, disposals, and stock write-offs in accordance with company policies.
- Assist with the purchase of stock as directed by the Installation Project Manager.
- Strong Excel and data entry skills; high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Proven experience in inventory, warehouse, or stock administration/management roles.
- Sound analytical skills, capable of clearly identifying and solving complex problems.
- Highly organised, structured, and pragmatic and, where needed, flexibility in ensuring deadlines are achieved.
- Good understanding of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with inventory management software
- Experience working with key stakeholders.
