SWARCO UK & Ireland Ltd have an exciting opportunity for an Internal Recruiter to join the HR team on a fixed term contract for initially 6 months.
What You Will Do
As part of the HR & Talent Acquisition Team, the main purpose of the role will be to ensure an engaging and fantastic candidate journey, no matter what the outcome of the recruitment process.
Some Of The Key Responsibilities & Success Criteria
Reporting to the HR Director, UK & Ireland, your day to day tasks will include Job Board administration, posting adverts, sourcing potential candidates as well as keeping our Applicant Tracking System up to date with accurate information. You will also be required to arrange telephone, video and face to face interviews. The role will have other ad hoc duties as required to keep our small but highly productive HR department functioning at a high level and adding value across the Group in the UK & Ireland.

- Experience of recruitment processes either in-house or agency
- Skills in candidate pipeline development and resourcing including Boolean, Competitor analysis etc
- Demonstrated success in social media such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter to drive Employer branding and develop candidate pipelines
- Solid organisational skills with the ability to prioritise daily workload using own initiative
- Excellent interpersonal skills and outgoing, creative personality
- A friendly disposition and enthusiastic approach to building relationships, internally and externally
- The ability to learn new systems quickly and have strong IT systems experience such as Office 365 packages and experience with an ATS (Kallidus advantageous but not essential)
- Good sense of humour, self-motivated and with a responsible and reliable approach to team working
- An honest and trustworthy personality, able to deal with confidential situations and procedures
- Willingness to travel (UK & Ireland) as required to fulfil support to the business recruitment activity
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Full UK driving licence.
- Right to live and work in the UK
