We have a great opportunity to expand our Knovia Sales Optimisation function and appoint a Junior Salesforce Administrator to assist in ensuring high-quality Salesforce data governance.

Location: Remote
Salary: £35,000 - 40,000 (DOE)
Contract Type: Permanent - Full time (36.5 hours per week)
We are looking for a Junior Salesforce Administrator to join our growing Sales Optimisation team, and support with the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and improvement of the Salesforce platform.
This role will report into our Head of Sales Optimisation and assist in ensuring high-quality data governance, delivering responsive support to users, maintaining data integrity, and performing minor system configurations.

- Provide first-line support to Salesforce users, resolving tickets and queries in a timely manner
- Assist with user onboarding and training to ensure efficient and effective use of Salesforce
- Support the marketing team to optimise the use of the system and data
- Create and maintain user documentation, guides, and FAQs
- Complete regular data import and update activities
- Implement and monitor data entry standards and best practices
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and suggest enhancements to Salesforce processes
- Assist in documenting business requirements and contributing to ongoing CRM improvements
- Adhere to all internal information security policies, GDPR legislation and Data Protection policies
- Regularly review own performance and maintain own CPD record
- Proactively promote and safeguard the welfare of children and young people you are responsible for or come into contact with
What we need from you:
- Minimum 2 years' experience working with Salesforce in an administrative or support capacity
- Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Experience
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in managing and maintaining data quality
- Effective communicator with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently under guidance
- Desire and motivation to pursue Salesforce Administrator certification
