Acting as the primary point of contact, you’ll work closely with clients and support the bookkeeping team in managing both operating and management companies within client structures. Your input will be key to ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of a range of financial reports, playing a vital role in maintaining the high level of service our clients expect.

Key Responsibilities
- Producing monthly and quarterly management accounts, along with key client reports
- Overseeing bookkeeping processes for both operational and management company structures
- Acting as the main day-to-day contact for clients and their key stakeholders
- Reviewing and approving payment runs, and preparing monthly billing
- Supporting and coaching the bookkeeping team, while working with the Client Portfolio Manager to improve processes
- Helping to integrate digital tools that enhance the delivery of our client service
- AAT qualified (minimum) or qualified by experience, with at least 2 years in a client-facing finance role
- Strong management accounts and bookkeeping experience, ideally within property finance
- Confident using Xero, QuickBooks Online (QBO), and Sage
- Previous experience managing or coaching a small team
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – with a strong customer focus
- Highly organised, able to manage time effectively and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
