This position will play a leading role in launching Harley-Davidson’s new global racing series in partnership with MotoGP, debuting in 2026. In addition, this role will support a growing portfolio of international racing programs and activations—including future initiatives such as the Dakar Rally, Baja 1000, Isle of Man TT, and more.

Job Summary

The Marketing & Partnerships Manager – Global Racing Programs will be instrumental in launching and scaling Harley-Davidson’s new international racing series with MotoGP, while also supporting broader motorsports initiatives worldwide. This position will drive marketing strategy, partnership development, global activations, and sponsor engagement across Harley-Davidson’s global racing footprint.

Reporting to the Director, Global Motorsports, this individual will collaborate closely with MotoGP, racing teams, sponsors, and regional H-D stakeholders to help define and grow the next era of Harley-Davidson Racing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead marketing and partner activations for Harley-Davidson’s new international racing series in collaboration with MotoGP (2026–2028).
  • Support additional global racing efforts including Dakar Rally, Baja 1000, Isle of Man TT, and other strategic motorsport initiatives.
  • Develop, pitch, and manage commercial sponsorships and technical partnerships.
  • Coordinate co-branded campaigns, brand storytelling, and team engagement across international markets.
  • Liaise with Harley-Davidson regional marketing teams (EMEA, LATAM, APAC) on dealer activation, consumer programs, and event support.
  • Execute VIP hospitality and sponsor experiences at race events.
  • Align with H-D brand, licensing, apparel, and retail teams to integrate racing into broader global campaigns.
  • Contribute to content development, social media strategy, and global press engagement.
  • Monitor deliverables, track KPIs, and optimize partner performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in global motorsports, sponsorship, or entertainment marketing.
  • Experience working with international motorsport bodies (MotoGP, FIM, FIA, Dorna) strongly preferred.
  • Multilingual skills highly desirable (English + French, Spanish, German, or Italian).
  • Proven success delivering integrated, multi-market campaigns.
  • Strong project and partner management skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally (estimated 40%).
  • Passion for motorcycles, global racing culture, and premium brand storytelling.
