We’re looking for an Academy Trainer to join us at our Stoke 2 Distribution. This role will be part time alongside your current role.

You’ll be the friendly face (and voice) behind engaging, hands-on training—whether that’s in person or online. From designing brilliant learning materials to running sessions that actually stick, you’ll help colleagues at all levels build confidence, grow their skills, and feel ready for whatever comes next.
But it’s not just about delivery. You’ll also keep a close eye on how learners are progressing, tweak your approach when needed, and make sure our training stays fresh, relevant, and ready to meet the needs of a fast-moving business.
