Our Cooks play a key role in serving nutritious home cooked meals, whilst also maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and health and safety:
- Producing varied, tasty menus for our residents, whilst also considering individual dietary requirements
- To provide special diets where necessary
- Cleaning and washing up after meals and ensuring the overall cleanliness of the kitchen
- Preparing and serving meals
- Guiding and coaching the kitchen team
- Stock control; stock replenishing/ordering
- Managing Food Health and Safety requirements, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and up to date
