St. Austell Brewery are seeking an enthusiastic and diligent brewer to join our multi-award-winning production team at St Austell Brewery. You’ll help create our world-renowned beers from grain to glass, including Tribute pale ale, Proper Job IPA, and korev lager, as well as our unique and innovative Small Batch Brews.
The ideal candidate will be hard-working and committed to ensuring our high standards are met across all aspects of the brewery’s fast-paced working environment, including Health and Safety, HACCP, quality, and communications.
This exciting role offers variety and a chance to develop your brewing skills across all aspects of the process, from fermentation to centrifugation and filtration. You’ll work closely with our production teams (Packaging, Quality, and Engineering) and provide the packaging lines with finished beer across cask, keg, and bottle. We are looking for an experienced Brewer to come and join our team and the salary is dependent on experience and qualifications.
About You

This role will require you to work a three shift pattern: 6am to 2.30pm, 2pm to 10.30pm, and 10pm to 6.30am. You will also be required to work a short weekend rota (paid at time and a half).

- Good knowledge of brewing, fermentation and beer processing gained through brewery production experience would be desirable but not essential.
- Ability to work all of the 3 shift patterns (including nights) from Sunday 10pm to Friday 10:30pm on a weekly rotation.
