About The Role

We're seeking creative and tech savvy individuals to design and deliver engaging training experiences across e-learning, simulation, and classroom formats. You will play a key role in onboarding, developing our Psicon Academy, and supporting employee growth through innovative tools like Articulate360 and Microsoft 365.

Principle duties and responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Design In house E-learning, gamified simulation and classroom-based training plans and materials to cover a range of topics including but not limited to Psicon core systems, referral pathways, mandatory training and complaints.
  • Support the onboarding, maintenance, development, and uptake of the Psicon Academy across all relevant departments.
  • Support the onboarding, maintenance, development, and uptake of resource Hubs where necessary.
  • Support with the onboarding and induction of new starters to the business.
  • Support the wider L&D team with delivering the Psicon training and development strategy.

Person Specification

  • Must have – Excellent practical skills in using Microsoft 365 applications such as word, PowerPoint and Teams.
  • Experience of delivering practical and engaging training which delivers excellent behavioural outcomes and competence improvements for learners.
  • Experience in developing objective learner attainment criteria.
  • Experience of delivering training in both remote and in-person settings.
  • Subject matter expertise in existing Psicon roles, processes, and systems.
