Contract type: Full time

Are you excited at the prospect of being part of the world's largest Monopile Factory and contributing to such a significant project? - a crucial part of building the foundations for a Net Zero future.
Your role as an ERP Coordinator will be integral to the success of this ambitious venture.
Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident working with ERP systems? At SeAH Wind, we're looking for an ERP Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in supporting our engineering and production departments.
In this role, you’ll manage product specifications, maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs), and ensure technical data in the ERP system is accurate and up to date. You’ll be working closely with engineers and production staff to gather and validate specifications, update drawings and documentation, and help standardise and revise product data. You’ll also support engineering changes, respond to queries from teams like purchasing and production, and run reports that track material availability and BOM status. Alongside this, you’ll help guide others on ERP best practices and contribute to data audits that uphold our high standards.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need experience in a technical or administrative support position within a manufacturing or engineering environment. You should be confident using ERP systems and managing BOMs, and be comfortable working with technical drawings and documentation. You’ll bring a sharp eye for detail, great organisational and communication skills, and be familiar with Microsoft Excel. You’ll also be someone who can juggle priorities and work well with different teams.
In return, we can offer an attractive base salary, 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays, Medicash cover, Death in Service (x4 salary) and a 5% employer pension contribution.
At SeAH Wind we are committed to developing a diverse workforce and creating an inclusive environment for all employees. Our aim is to build a workplace that attracts the most talented people and creates an environment that fosters courtesy and mutual respect.
All applications will receive equal consideration for employment regardless of race, colour, religion, gender, gender identity or expressions, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, or age. We know that getting this right is crucial for us to live our values: Honest, Passionate and Professional.
Simply put, SeAH Wind value you whoever you are.
