Our Global Support Office (GSO) is based in Zaandam in the Netherlands, but GSO associates also work in all the countries we serve. This team supports all our great local brands in finance, HR, IT, legal, communications, sustainable retailing, and other key functions. .
Security Tester The Security Tester conducts platform security testing on web applications, networks, and other types of computer systems with the goal of identifying vulnerabilities typically not captured through automated scanning and propagating the shift left security strategy

Key responsibilities of your role Your role is highly diverse and encompasses various responsibilities. Here are the key ones: As the Security Tester of the global cyber defense team, you will:
- Operate and setup C2 frameworks for executing red and purple teams
- Understanding on technologies used in Windows and Linux environments
- Act as a key contact and assist in working towards building penetration testing run/continuous testing globally.
- Automate via coding / scripting infrastructure build, phishing templates and red team tool development
- Lead initiative in setting procedures on gaining initial access, perform lateral movement and persistency
- Able to demonstrate and explain vulnerabilities and explain the mitigation steps
- Identify and test appropriate tools and techniques to carry out attacks and evaluate security controls
- Cooperate with TDO and ACE to build proactive and reactive security controls to mitigate potential security risk

Requirements We think you’ll be best geared for success if you meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical training in Information Technology, Information Systems Security, Cyber security, or related field (master’s degree preferred)
- 10+ years of relevant IT and Information Security experience
- Technical cyber or IT engineering background
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical implementation plans
- CISM, CISSP or other relevant (technical) certifications are required
- Solid stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills
- Strong results orientation to achieve goals
- Familiarity with the retail industry
- Familiarity with IT / Cloud / Cyber engineering tools, processes and methodologies
- Excellent command of English language, both written and spoken
