We are looking for a bright and ambitious Graduate Front-End Developer to join our dynamic team and play a key role in developing the user interface and user experience of our cutting-edge platform. This isn't just a job; it's a chance to get hands-on experience building a sophisticated, real-world FinTech application.

Our selection process is designed to understand your potential. We're keen to see your university projects (Honours/Masters) and discuss your approach. For shortlisted candidates, our process will then involve a 1-2 week project-based trial assessment. You'll be tasked with building out a defined component or section of the platform. This is your chance to showcase your practical skills and see if our client is the right fit for you, with the potential for a permanent position upon successful completion. You'll be working in an environment that uses tools like Git for version control.

What You'll Be Working On:

• Developing and implementing user-facing features for their platform using React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Collaborating with the wider team to translate design mockups and product requirements into high-quality, functional UI components.
• Ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of the platform's front-end architecture and user experience.
• Potentially utilising your design sensibilities to enhance UI aesthetics and usability.

What We're Looking For:

• A recent graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development, or a related field.
• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Familiarity and project experience with React.js.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn quickly.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• A portfolio of projects (e.g., GitHub, personal website) showcasing your front-end development skills and/or significant university projects (Honours/Masters) that you can discuss.
• Familiarity with Git for version control.
• An interest in FinTech and the drive to be part of a company making a significant impact in the financial services industry within the DIFC.

The Trial Assessment Process:

1. Initial Review: We're interested in your university projects (Honours/Masters). Be prepared to discuss these.
2. Project-Based Task (for shortlisted candidates): A 1-2 week assignment to build or extend a specific UI component of their platform.
