Join Holland & Barrett's International team as an Own Brand Sourcing Manager and play a key role in scaling our global supply base for 22+ countries. You'll develop and execute strategic sourcing plans, build strong supplier partnerships, and implement robust cost models to drive end-to-end efficiency. Working cross-functionally with Product Integrity, Supply Chain, Production, and Development, you'll champion lean principles, sustainability, and ethical sourcing to deliver quality, innovation, and value. This is a 12 Months fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global sourcing strategies for own-brand categories, ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and reliability.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships, negotiate favourable contracts, and secure innovative products and IP ownership.
• Create and manage comprehensive Landed Cost and Should-Be Cost models to ensure total cost of ownership is factored into decisions.
• Monitor market trends, raw material pricing, and supply risks; develop mitigation strategies to protect the supply chain.
• Drive continuous cost-saving initiatives, lean process improvements, and waste elimination across sourcing activities.
• Collaborate with ESG and internal teams to ensure ethical, sustainable, and regulatory compliance across the supply base.
• Track and assess supplier performance (on-time delivery, quality, cost), implementing corrective actions to boost performance.
  
  

Location: This is an hybrid role based in Nuneaton with requirements to be in the office twice a week.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain, ideally within consumer goods or FMCG.
• Strong financial acumen with advanced Excel skills for cost modeling, analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
• In-depth knowledge of global logistics, import/export regulations, and landed cost components.
• Demonstrable track record of applying lean methodologies to streamline processes and reduce lead times.
• Passion for sustainability and ethical sourcing, with the ability to integrate ESG targets into sourcing strategies.
• Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport across cultures and functions.
• Resilient, tenacious, and detail-oriented problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
