Opportunity for a Clinical Assessment & Triage Service Shift Lead to join FCMS!
The CAT Shift Lead will be responsible for supporting the overnight Virtual CAT (Clinical Assessment Treatment Service, supported by clinicians based in each of the urgent care localities. You will be providing direct supervision to employees and clinicians on shift to ensure the service operates correctly.
With the focus being day-to-day service provision, you will ensure that the CAS/Triage Virtual Triage Hub is able to meet the demands of KPIs and Quality, the volatile unpredictable nature of Urgent and Emergency Care (capacity & demand management) and the expectations of patients.

- Contract – Permanent
- Hours – 23:00 – 08:00 – part time and bank hours available
- Location – Newfield House, Vicarage Lane, Blackpool, Lancashire, FY4 4EW
- Salary – £17.81 to £19.87 an hour (overnight rates)
