Area of responsibilities:
- Drive our global marketing strategy at a regional level, covering Trade Marketing, Product Marketing, retailer marketing, Fairs, Digital, Brand Communication, and PR & influencer activities
- Execute and coordinate the global strategy for new products launches within the region
- Strategic marketing planning for local brand building and positioning
- Oversee marketing communications including branding, public relations, advertising, trade shows, events, social media, implement editorial marketing
- Be the marketing Go -To person for the General Manager & Head of Sales
- Develop and manage channel and partner strategies, marketing plans and programs.
- Develop and track metrics and success criteria for all marketing programs and activities
- Work closely with the sales team & our customers in the execution of global POS excellence strategy, overseeing all marketing planning for POS.
- Collaborate with the Global Trade team, in-house architect and other parties to support the implementation of brand Shop-in-Shop, Side-by-Side & branded areas.
- Oversee digital channels & execution of e-retail guidelines in your market and increase brand space online
- Plan & drive events with key stakeholders both online & offline.
- Responsible for the local marketing budget – planning, management, and monthly forecasting.
- Good understanding & analysis of the market trends, customer journey & consumer behaviors within the region, both online and offline
- Successfully completed a Bachelor/Master degree in Marketing or other business related fields or at least 7+ years experience working in Marketing in a brand/consumer centric environment
- With ideally 2/3+ years of relevant work experience as Marketing Manager in a brand/consumer centric environment
- Strong goal and customer focused
- Brand driven with an affinity for design and the ability to a balance commercial objectives
- Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Exceptional track record of developing and implementing marketing plans that have consistently met objectives
- Ability to plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels.
- Prior leadership skills preferred with strong communication skills
- Hands on with a high sense of initiative, assertiveness & drive
- Analytical with good sense of organization
- Knows how to collaborate across marketing disciplines and manage multiple projects at once
