Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive, strategic, and results-driven Transformation Project Manager on a permanent contract to lead and coordinate a critical transformation programme across a national function. The role is vital to resolving operational inefficiencies, strengthening business development, improving team cohesion, and building a culture of accountability across regional teams.
You will collaborate closely with senior leadership and regional leads to implement process improvements, drive sustainable growth, and enhance operational alignment across the business. Some travel is likely to be required.
