- Lead the daily operations of our restaurant and confidently take charge in the absence of the management team.

- Conduct engaging team briefs that inform, energize, and empower the team.
- Handle guest feedback professionally, utilizing our structured complaint resolution processes.
- Deliver smooth handovers and keep hotel management informed with relevant updates.
- Take ownership of opening and closing procedures, ensuring they comply with hotel standards.
- Drive motivation on the floor and assist the team in achieving performance and budget goals.
- You bring supervisory experience from a bustling hotel or restaurant setting.
- You speak English confidently and excel in guest-facing roles.
- You are detail-oriented, organized, and professionally polished.
