Sales Agent - Dental & Medical Travel (Remote, Commission-Based)

About the Role

HospitalOne is seeking motivated, independent Sales Agents to join our international patient referral programme. This remote, commission-based role is perfect for professionals with strong networks or digital presence who want to earn income by guiding patients toward safe, high-quality dental and cosmetic treatments abroad.

As a HospitalOne Sales Agent, you'll help connect people with affordable, hospital-based care, supporting them through their decision-making journey while we handle the clinical side.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads via personal outreach, social media, or local community connections
• Support patients from first enquiry through booking, providing information on treatments, pricing, and logistics
• Coordinate with HospitalOne’s medical, travel, and admin teams to ensure smooth care
• Maintain accurate communication logs and patient data (CRM access available at higher tiers)
• Follow all ethical, legal, and compliance standards, no clinical advice required

Commission Structure

• No limit to your commission
• Bronze: £0–£99,999 lifetime sales → 5% commission
• Silver: £100k–£199k → 7.5% commission
• Gold: £200k+ → 10% commission

Example: A Gold agent with £240k in paid treatments earns £24,000 commission per quarter.
