We're partnering with a respected independent lettings agency in Battersea, managing a valuable portfolio and known for its personal, friendly approach.
What's On Offer
- £25,000 basic salary
- Uncapped commission - OTE £50,000
- Established £2M+ lettings portfolio
- Prime Battersea location
- 5-day working week (Monday to Friday, with one Saturday shift every 3 weeks instead of a weekday)
- Ongoing training and support to help you thrive
- Welcoming and managing tenant enquiries
- Organising and conducting property viewings
- Providing clear feedback to landlords
- Advising landlords on rental valuations
- Negotiating offers and securing agreements
- Managing tenancy paperwork and compliance
- Keeping property listings up to date
- Building lasting relationships with landlords and tenants
- Experience in residential lettings
- Friendly and professional communication style
- Well organised and confident
- Comfortable using property software and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Battersea area is a plus
