IT Manager – Ritter Courivaud
We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable IT Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage our existing IT infrastructure while supporting ongoing IT projects across the Ritter business. You will also play a key role in engaging closely with the broader Musgrave IT community. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, working effectively with both internal stakeholders and external vendors/contractors.
About the Role:
The business has recently undergone a significant IT upgrade, including the implementation of Azure, O365, and Microsoft Dynamics Business Central. As IT Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our IT systems continue to support and align with business needs, while managing and enhancing our IT solutions. Business engagement is crucial in this role, and experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is highly desirable.
You will also play an integral role in establishing and maintaining partnerships with key vendors to ensure our IT systems are running smoothly and evolving as required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues promptly and efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with the wider Musgrave IT teams to enhance system functionality and efficiency.
- Manage relationships with IT vendors, ensuring they meet business needs and service level agreements.
- Oversee the maintenance of enterprise-level systems, including business information systems, databases, and cloud services (Azure and O365).
- Assist with the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of new software or systems, ensuring they are aligned with business goals.
- Engage with cross-functional teams across Ritter, as well as management and IT teams within Musgrave, to identify and implement technology solutions that drive business productivity.
- Assist in the design, testing, and deployment of IT solutions that streamline and improve business processes.
- Document IT issues, resolutions, and procedures, building a comprehensive knowledge base for the team and end-users.
- Ensure compliance with IT security protocols and data protection regulations.
- Prepare IT reports and provide system performance analysis to inform ongoing improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or equivalent professional certifications.
- Strong understanding of business processes, project management, and ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
- Previous experience in IT support or system administration, with a deep understanding of troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically about IT solutions that drive business value.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
