Location: Milton Keynes, MK6 4AH
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 1pm (Full time hours are available)
Salary: £17,000, 25 hours per week (part time, pro-rated)
Purpose
To provide an efficient and professional telephone, receptionist, and clerical/administrative service. You will be the first point of contact on site, managing all visitors into the building and ensuring the visitors’ procedure is followed, as well as dealing with and signing for deliveries.

Purpose
To provide an efficient and professional telephone, receptionist, and clerical/administrative service. You will be the first point of contact on site, managing all visitors into the building and ensuring the visitors’ procedure is followed, as well as dealing with and signing for deliveries.
Your Duties Will Include
- To answer the telephone in a professional manner and to ensure messages are recorded accurately and passed in a timely manner.
- To meet and greet clients ensuring they are met with professionalism, friendly hospitality, and courtesy.
- To assist with managing stock levels and ordering of stationery and factory consumables
- To assist in arranging couriers and deliveries and collect the post daily.
- To provide administrative assistance to the office staff as required
- To prepare the boardroom for all visits and meetings, arranging lunch and refreshments
- Deliver a professionalism reception service and excellent customer service to all site visitors.
- Maintain effective and prompt communication between all staff and departments.
- Ensure accurate reporting and monitoring of stock levels of stationery and factory consumables.
- Making sure the tea, coffee, sugar and milk is topped up daily in canteen and upstairs offices.
- Filing and scanning documents when required
- Good basic education in numeracy and literacy to GCSE level C or equivalent
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Strong communication skills, face to face, telephone and written
- Team player
- Ability to solve problems within the area of work
- Able to multi-tasking and prioritize workload appropriately.
- Ability to follow the set procedures.
- Accurate and thorough with attention to detail
- Ability to always maintain confidentiality and security.
- Self-motivated, able to work on own initiative
