Due to an internal promotion we are expanding our People Data team! As our People Data Analyst you'll be at the forefront of transforming raw data into powerful insights that drive business success! Dive deep into the heart of our people systems, extracting and preserving data with precision to craft captivating data dashboards using the dynamic capabilities of PowerBI. Your contributions won't stop there – you'll be instrumental in disseminating critical People/HR and business management statistics throughout our organization, amplifying our impact across the board.

Your passion for numbers, keen eye for detail, and penchant for unravelling complex data puzzles will be the driving force behind our continued success.

Essential Criteria
Put simply we need someone who loves numbers and data with a passion for people, someone who has good research skills and a strong eye for detail. If you can look at complex data, delve into the detail and turn it into something meaningful, we want to hear from you.
As you will review, maintain and extract data from people systems to develop data dashboards in PowerBI we are looking for you to have worked with data and have experience using PowerBI. Ideally an interest in HR and people data would also be useful, however a numerate brain, passion for analysis and desire to dig into reports to find and fix issues is key to success.

Essential Criteria
- Proven experience in producing accurate reports, management information, and statistical data to support informed decision-making.
- Skilled in using Power BI to create automated management information (MI) dashboards, including end-to-end development from data sourcing to final reporting.
- Proficient in extracting and inputting data across IT systems, with advanced Excel skills (e.g., PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas).
- Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough research and deliver precise, well-written documentation with a strong attention to detail.
