Description


As Compliance Administrator, you will be a detail orientated and proactive person in order to support our compliance operations and ensure the organisation adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies, across our Severn Trent Water framework. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining regulatory compliance, managing documentation, and sharing reports on current performance


Key Responsibilities


  • Monitor and maintain compliance records, databases, and documentation.
  • Support the preparation and submission of reports.
  • Liaise with internal departments as needed.
  • Coordinate and schedule internal and external training sessions, workshops, and e-learning programs.
  • Manage training records and attendance logs in the appropriate systems.
  • Provide administrative support to the Compliance team as needed.

Experience and Qualifications


  • Proven experience in an administrative or training support role.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
