About The Role
Working with our project and capability teams to optimise our operational efficiency, the Operations Coordinator has responsibility to correctly match resource to new projects as well as supporting our future sales opportunity pipeline.
You will determine resource requirements based on strategic and tactical inputs, be able to develop an excellent understanding of our capabilities and our Employee Owner’s experience levels and operational strengths. Understanding the importance of our client and these projects is key to success.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Resourcing projects based on skills, abilities, requirements and needs.
- Work with the Contractors Manager and Head of Systems to ensure that recruitment and contractors needs are met.
- Responsibility for correctly opening and closing projects
- Provide support to Logistics Services
- Assist on resourcing proposal writing.
- Daily maintenance of the system related to new starters and leavers / changes
- Maintain Project Reviews action tracker and responsibility for follow up actions
- Daily systems updates
- Creation and maintenance of Project Reports
- Ability to interrogate timesheets to identify trends and provide data to relevant parties
- Central point of communications to guide EOs to the relevant departments
- Goods In/Goods Out support
- Perform other duties as assigned.
About You
Skills and Attributes- Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills
- Motivated, ability to work autonomously and help drive improvements within the function
- Confident working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in managing resources, ideally within a technical background
- Ideally an understanding of CCSMs
- Experience with any ERP Systems (ie SAP Business ByDesign)
- Knowledge of MS Tools, and other creative packages
- Experience using Excel macros/Power Queries
- Ideally previous experience of working within quality management systems, ideally ISO 13485 and ISO 9001
