Job Summary

At Forvis Mazars we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UK Inbound Immigration Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of UK immigration laws, policies, and Home Office procedures, with a strong track record of successfully assisting individuals and businesses with visa applications, work visas, sponsorship licenses, and settlement applications. This role requires exceptional client management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle complex immigration cases efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on UK inbound immigration matters, including Skilled Worker visas, GBM visas, Spouse visas, Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) and Citizenship applications.
• Assist businesses in obtaining and maintaining Sponsor Licences for hiring overseas talent.
• Prepare and submit accurate visa and immigration applications, ensuring full compliance with UK immigration laws and Home Office requirements.
• Drafting of certificate of sponsorships and visa application forms.
• Conduct client assessments to determine eligibility and advise on the best immigration pathways.
• Stay up to date with UK immigration law changes and Home Office policy updates.
• Liaise with the Home Office, UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI), and other relevant authorities on behalf of clients.
• Maintain accurate case records and ensure proper documentation for compliance audits.
• Provide strategic immigration solutions for corporate clients and individuals.
• Educate and support clients throughout the immigration process.
• Collaborate with HR, employers, and other stakeholders when necessary.

Qualifications & Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a UK Immigration Consultant or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of UK immigration laws, Home Office policies, and sponsorship compliance requirements.
• OISC / IAA accreditation - Level 1 or 2 (preferred).
• Experience advising corporate clients on sponsorship and compliance matters.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
• Proficiency in immigration case management systems.
• Multilingual skills are an asset but not required.
