To support our continued growth, we’re looking for a Partnerships Relationship Team Manager to oversee the account management and development of OnlineDIRECT’s key partners. In this role, you will ensure partners receive proactive, high quality service and support, building confidence and trust in how their accounts are managed.
You will also work closely with partners introduced by the Sales Manager, ensuring a seamless and professional onboarding experience, while helping them to unlock the full value of OnlineDIRECT’s service offering. Your focus will be to drive sales performance, strengthen relationships and maximise overall partner engagement.
We’re seeking a candidate with a proven track record in account management, partnerships or business development, combined with strong leadership experience managing, coaching and developing high performing sales teams.

Position:
- Oversee the account management and development of OnlineDIRECT’s key partners
- Lead, coach and develop the sales team, including Sales Consultants and Administrative Support
- Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to devise and implement strategies that enhance commercial performance
- Plan resources effectively ensuring a seamless service and proactive account management
- Drive team and individual performance to achieve targets and ensure optimal support
- Conduct regular account reviews, providing insightful reporting and recommendations
- Handle escalations effectively to maintain trust and relationships with partners
- Oversee and enhance onboarding for new partners introduced
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell OnlineDIRECT’s suite of products and services
- Work closely with Compliance to ensure regulatory and internal standards are met
- Deliver training sessions to partners and internal teams
- Conduct virtual and face-to-face meetings with partners to strengthen relationships and drive performance
- Be a visible ambassador of OnlineDIRECT, representing our brand and values in every interaction
- Attend regular management meetings, contributing to wider business initiatives
- Proven experience in account management, partnerships or business development
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing high performing teams
- Results driven with a solution focused mindset and a commercial approach
- Exceptional customer service and relationship building skills
- Strong analytical and reporting skills to provide insightful performance reviews
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Confident in engaging and presenting to senior stakeholders
- Resilient, adaptable, and calm working under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car required
- Previous experience in the energy industry highly desirable
