Pinnacle Group is seeking a dedicated Communal Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our communities. You will be joining our Facilities Cleaning Team based at Redwood Glades, Hull HU7.
Your role will involve general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste management to ensure a welcoming environment for all residents, staff, and visitors to a high standard throughout the complex.
You will be reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellence. If you take pride in your work and have a passion for creat-ing clean, safe spaces, we encourage you to apply.
This will be a Permanent Role of 20hrs per week , working 4 days on a 4 week rota which will include some weekends with the earliest start at 9am and the latest finish at 6pm
Week 1 Tuesday / Wednesday/ Thursday / Friday
Week 2 Wednesday / Thursday / Saturday / Sunday
Week 3 Monday / Wednesday / Thursday / Friday
Week 4 Monday / Tuesday / Saturday / Sunday

Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Cleaning in communal areas (stairs & landings) also office spaces
- To clean and sanitise touch points, door handles, push plates, and other surfaces including cleaning of internal glazing within easy reach
- Vacuuming carpeted areas including barrier matting
- Cleaning toilet facilities, and hand basins and replenishing toilet paper, hand soap & towels
- Deep & Clinical cleaning as required Removal of waste from internal litter bins
- Good knowledge and experience and attention to detail in cleaning services and cleaning equipment including knowledge of COSHH and Health and Safety
- Good timekeeping and attendance are important
- Ability to work to laid down schedules.
- Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative
- Please Note: As this role will involve working in Extra Care Facilities, confirmation of appointment will be subject to completion of a satisfactory Basic DBS check
