Our site-based Quality Control Engineers are dedicated to boosting the project team’s awareness of Quality Requirements, coordinating efforts to build quality into plans and supporting the ongoing monitoring, surveillance, and collation of Quality Dossiers to support successful package handover and completion.

About The Role

  • Support and guide the project team with Quality related activities & planning.
  • Monitor and boost compliance with the Project Quality Plan and all Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).
  • Identify improvement opportunities and assist with update and improvement working practices.
  • Understand project / sector / client quality requirements.

What You Will Do

  • Strive to support a Right First Time culture onsite.
  • Support the process for receipt, review and acceptance of Inspection and Test Plans.
  • Planning and execution of internal quality audits and compliance assessments.
  • Management of internal audit schedule.
  • Management of action tracker (updating records, requesting updates, confirming corrections, establishing root cause and corrective actions, closing out actions).
  • Providing project compliance support to ensure all inspections, tests and surveillance is carried out, documented and closed out as planned.

About You

  • You bring hands-on experience with the application of Quality Control in the Construction environment.
  • You’re passionate about preventing defects via engagement with all suppliers, ensuring full compliance with plans to deliver Right First Time.
