What You’ll Be Doing
- Winning New Business: Deliver against annual revenue targets and demonstrate consistent, sustainable growth.
- Building Strategic Relationships: Identify and engage senior decision-makers across industries to develop high-value opportunities.
- Leading the Pitch Process: Spearhead capabilities presentations, pitch meetings, and tailored proposals that win business.
- Driving Sales Strategy: Own and implement a business development strategy tailored to the UK and wider European markets.
- Keeping Ahead of the Curve: Stay on top of industry trends, client challenges, and competitor activity to position Impact XM as a leader.
- Networking at Events: Attend major trade shows, conferences, and networking events to meet prospects and open new doors.
- Client Onboarding: Ensure a smooth and professional handover to internal teams, setting new client relationships up for long-term success.
- Sector Experience: 6–8 years in event marketing, exhibitions, or experiential marketing, ideally with a focus on B2B or brand activations.
- Proven Sales Performance: A demonstrable track record of identifying opportunities and closing six-figure+ deals.
- Strong Communicator: Confident and articulate, with the ability to build rapport and influence senior stakeholders.
- Leadership Skills: Experience mentoring or managing teams, with a collaborative and strategic approach.
- Live Event Enthusiast: A passion for face-to-face brand experiences and the impact they have on audience engagement.
