Housekeeping Supervisor
We are currently seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our esteemed Housekeeping team. This role offers an opportunity to support in leading and elevating our high housekeeping standards. We are looking for an individual with proven experience in luxury hotel housekeeping supervision, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness and service.
Our Ideal Candidate Should
- Have previous experience in luxury hotel housekeeping supervision or similar role
- Be motivated to lead and inspire our housekeeping team and ensure the high standards we hold are maintained in regard to cleanliness and presentation
- Embrace a hands-on approach, ensuring that each room and public space reflects the pinnacle of luxury and sophistication
- Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills and efficiency in supporting our housekeeping operations
- Display a keen interest in continuous refinement of housekeeping procedures to meet and exceed expectations and create a luxurious and personalised environment for our guests
- Be proactive and quick-thinking, ensuring that every guest experience is the epitome of luxury and comfort during their stay
- Competitive Salary
- £5,500 estimated annual Tronc (non-contractual)
