What You’ll Bring
- Proven success managing a large care home.
- Active NMC PIN and extensive elderly/nursing care experience.
- Deep knowledge of CQC standards and a track record of strong leadership.
- Outstanding communication skills and a passion for person-centred care.
- Competitive salary – Up to £75K, depending on clinical and leadership experience.
- Flexible full-time role – 37 hours/week, with occasional additional hours as required.
